Terms of sale
Public offer of the online store https://prodom.ua/ for the sale of the Goods. This offer (offer) is addressed to an unlimited number of persons wishing to purchase the Goods in the online store https://prodom.ua/ (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store). The Offer establishes the rules and procedure for the sale of the Goods through the Online Store, as well as regulates the relationship between the Buyer and the Seller during the sale of the Goods through the Online Store and the provision of services in connection with such sale. The Buyer wishing to purchase the Goods in the Online Store should carefully read the terms and conditions contained in this offer and, if agreed, accept the terms of the Agreement below. This Agreement is a public contract in accordance with the Civil Code of Ukraine (Articles 633, 641) and the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” (Article 11).

Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is to enable the Buyer to purchase the Goods presented in the catalog of the Online Store for personal needs not related to the conduct of business under the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement governs the sale and purchase of the Goods in the Online Store, in particular

voluntary selection of the Goods by the Buyer in the Online Store;
independent execution of the Order by the Buyer in the Online Store;
payment by the Buyer for the Order placed in the Online Store;
processing, delivery and transfer of the Order to the Buyer under the terms of this Agreement.
Basic concepts
Site - a set of information resources posted on the Internet at https://prodom.ua/.
Online Store - a website located on the Internet at https://prodom.ua/, which presents the Goods offered by the Seller for purchase, as well as the terms of payment and delivery of the Goods to the Buyer.
Website User - a visitor to the Website https://prodom.ua/.
Buyer - an individual, a visitor of the Website who accepts the terms of this Agreement, intends to order or purchase, or a customer who purchases the Goods solely for personal needs not related to the conduct of business.

Order - a duly executed request of the Buyer for the purchase and delivery to the address specified by the Buyer of the Goods selected on the Site.
Sale of Goods through the Online Store - the sale of Goods by concluding an electronic transaction based on the Buyer's familiarization with the description of the Goods offered by the Seller contained in the catalog of the Online Store, which excludes the possibility of direct familiarization of the Buyer with the Goods at the time of concluding such an Agreement.
Goods - perfumery and cosmetic products, accessories, toiletries, children's products and other products presented for sale on the Seller's Website.
Offer - information posted on the Website about a specific Product that can be purchased by the Buyer. The offer includes: information about the Goods, information about the price of the Goods, payment and delivery methods, as well as other conditions for the purchase of the Goods by the Buyer. The terms of the offer are determined by the seller. The offer is not an offer, but only information about possible ways to purchase the Goods.
Personal Account - a section of the Online Store available to the user after Registration, through which the latter manages his/her account (account).
Registration - filling in the appropriate form on the Website by the Buyer/User indicating the data necessary for identification, followed by entering the Customer's personal (personal) data into the Seller's database.
Buy One Click - a type of Order of the Goods on the Website, which is characterized by the fact that the Buyer can place an Order of the Goods without going through the Registration procedure on the Seller's Website.
Status message - a message sent by the Seller to the e-mail or mobile number of the Site User and containing information about the status of the Order, Registration, access to the Personal Account, etc. Messages of this type may be received by the Site User when performing the relevant actions (Registration, placing an Order, etc.) and do not require additional consent to receive them.
Informational message - a message sent by the Seller to the Client's e-mail or mobile number and containing information about special offers, promotions, news of the Seller and other messages.

General provisions
1. The Seller sells the Goods through the Online Store at https://prodom.ua/.

2. By ordering the Goods through the Online Store, the Buyer agrees to the terms of sale of the Goods set forth in this Agreement. In case of disagreement, the Buyer shall not order the Goods through the Online Store.

3. These Terms and Conditions of Sale of the Goods, as well as information about the Goods presented on the Website, are a public offer in accordance with Article 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce”.

4. The Agreement shall enter into force (be considered concluded) upon receipt by the Seller of the Order duly executed by the Buyer, which shall contain

e-mail address, surname, name, patronymic, contact phone number of the Buyer or the person indicated by him (the Recipient), the address to which the Goods should be delivered
name, quantity and price of the Goods;
delivery cost on the terms specified in the “Delivery” section.
5. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this offer at any time. These changes come into force from the moment a new version of the Offer is posted on the Website.

Registration on the Site
1. Registration on the Site is carried out at https://prodom.ua/.

2. When registering on the Site, the Buyer undertakes to provide true and accurate information about himself and his contact details for the Seller to fulfill his obligations to the Buyer and deliver the Goods to him.

3. Registration on the Site is not required to place an Order.

4. The Seller shall not be liable for failure to fulfill its obligations if the information provided by the Buyer during registration is inaccurate or incomplete.

5. The Buyer undertakes not to disclose to third parties his login and password specified during registration. In case the Buyer suspects that his login and password are not secure or may be used by unauthorized third parties, the Buyer shall immediately notify the Seller by sending a corresponding e-mail from the Personal Account or e-mail to the address: info@prodom.ua.

6. The Buyer shall be solely responsible for all actions performed on behalf of the Buyer, i.e. using his/her login and password.

Product information, product price
1. Photos of the Goods presented on the Site may differ from the actual appearance of the Goods. The description/characteristics accompanying the Goods are provided for reference. The Online Store does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the materials about the Goods presented on the Site, the main characteristics of the Goods are indicated. The Buyer can obtain complete information about the Goods by contacting the contact center consultants during business hours by calling the hotline. The Online Store shall not be liable for any damages (including, but not limited to, damages from loss of profit, data or business interruption) arising from the use, inability to use or results of use of the Website.
To clarify information about the Goods, the Buyer may contact the consultants of the Online Store through the Call Center (“hotline”) by phone during the working hours of the Call Center, or receive a Consultation Online.

2. The price of the Goods presented on the Site is indicated in UAH including VAT.

3. Information about the goods posted on the Website https://prodom.ua/ is provided for informational purposes only. The administration of the Site hhttps://prodom.ua/ is not responsible for the relevance of information about the Goods (including the remains of the Goods, price, assortment) posted by third parties (not the Administration). The Seller undertakes to notify the Administration within a reasonable time of all changes regarding the Goods (including price, assortment, availability and other characteristics), taking into account the time required to perform technical work, that is, the process of updating information on the Site. In case of untimely notification, the Seller shall be fully and exclusively liable for possible negative consequences of such untimely notification (including customer claims regarding irrelevant information on the Goods).

4. The Buyer agrees that the price of the Goods placed in the “Basket”, its assortment and quantity will be relevant only at the time of the formation of the “Basket” and may change until the Order is confirmed.

5. The price, including discounts or promotional offers, is indicated in the “Cart” when placing the Order. By clicking the “Checkout” button, the Buyer agrees to purchase the Goods at the price specified in the “Cart”.

6. The price of the Goods on the Site may be changed by the Seller unilaterally.

7. The Seller has the right to provide discounts on the Goods, hold promotions, set special prices for the Goods. The types of discounts, the procedure and conditions for their accrual are indicated on the Site in the “Sale” and “Promotions” sections and may be changed by the Seller unilaterally.

8. In case of incorrect indication of the price of the Goods ordered by the Buyer, the Seller informs the Buyer about this to confirm the Order at the corrected price or cancel the Order. If it is impossible to contact the Buyer, this Order is considered canceled. If the Order has been paid, the Seller shall return to the Buyer the amount paid for the Order to the payment card.

Making an order
1. The Buyer independently places the Order by freely selecting the desired Goods, moving it to the “Cart” section and confirming it by clicking the “Checkout” button or by calling the hotline. After placing the Order, the Buyer will be sent a message about the confirmation of the Order to the contacts specified when placing the Order (e-mail and/or mobile phone) or about the estimated date of receipt of the Goods in case of its absence. When placing an Order by phone, notification is carried out by telephone or by sending a message to a mobile number or messenger.

2. In the absence of the Goods ordered by the Buyer in the Seller's warehouse, the latter has the right to cancel the Buyer's Order by notifying the Buyer by calling the consultant of the online store, by letter or by sending a message to the mobile number. In case of cancellation of a prepaid Order, the cost of the Goods shall be returned by the Seller to the Buyer to the payment card.

3. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms his/her acceptance of the terms of this offer and agrees to the processing of his/her personal data. The Buyer confirms that he is familiar with the section of the Site “Delivery and Payment”, agrees with it and understands it fully. The Seller reserves the right to change the delivery time of the Order with the subsequent notification of the Buyer.

4. The Buyer bears the risk of adverse consequences for providing false information that has caused the Seller to be unable to properly fulfill its obligations to the Buyer.

5. To confirm the Order, the Buyer may be contacted by a consultant of the Online Store, who clarifies the details of the Order, agrees on the date and time of delivery. Confirmation of the Order can take place without a call from a consultant, by e-mail or message to a mobile number.

6. The Seller has the right to refuse to transfer the Order to the Buyer if the data specified by the Buyer when placing the Order is incomplete or suspected of being unreliable. In case of cancellation of a prepaid Order, the cost of the Goods shall be returned by the Seller to the Buyer to the payment card.

7. In the absence of the ordered Goods, the Buyer has the right to replace it with another Goods or cancel the Order by calling the hotline or via e-mail.

8. The Buyer has the right to cancel the order by calling the hotline.

Delivery of goods
1. Delivery of the Goods is carried out by a courier company selected by the Seller. Methods, approximate terms, territory of delivery of the Goods are indicated on the Site in the section “Delivery and Payment”. The approximate delivery time and time shall be agreed by the Buyer with the operator or consultant of the Online Store when confirming the Order. Subsequently, a convenient delivery time is agreed upon by the Buyer and a representative of the courier company.

2. Upon delivery, the Goods shall be handed over to the Buyer or a third party specified in the Order (Recipient). If the above persons cannot receive the Goods, the Goods may be delivered to a person who can provide information about the Order and pay the cost of the Order in full. In this case, the Seller's obligations are considered to be duly fulfilled.

3. Together with the Order, the documents provided for by the current legislation are transferred to the Buyer.

4. The representative of the courier company upon delivery of the Goods has the right to request an identity document of the Recipient.

5. The ownership of the Goods shall be transferred to the Buyer at the time of transfer of the Goods after payment of the full cost of the Goods.

6. The risk of accidental full or partial damage to the Goods shall be transferred to the Buyer at the time of transfer of the Goods and signature by the Buyer/Recipient in the documents confirming its delivery. In the event of non-delivery of the Goods, the Seller shall reimburse the Buyer for the cost of the Order and delivery prepaid by the Buyer in full upon receipt of confirmation of the loss of the Goods or their return to the Seller's warehouse from the courier company.

7. Delivery cost: delivery is carried out in accordance with the delivery cost and is charged in accordance with the tariffs of the transport company “Nova Poshta”.

8. The Seller's obligation to transfer the Goods to the Buyer shall be deemed fulfilled upon delivery of the Goods to the Buyer/Recipient or receipt of the Goods at the offices of courier companies.

9. Upon receipt of the Order, the Recipient must check the integrity of the package and, if there is no visible damage, pay the amount of the Order, taking into account the cost of delivery to the courier (in case of cash payment). The courier is not authorized to provide any advice regarding the Goods. All questions should be addressed to the contact center operator.
In case of damage to the products, absence of the Goods or detection of a defect, the defective Goods may be returned at the request of the Buyer.

Payment for goods
1. The Buyer has the opportunity to pay for the Order in one of the following ways:

Cash upon receipt: The Buyer may pay for the Order in cash to the courier or at a Postal Operator's branch.
Bank card: When placing an Order, the Buyer can make a payment using a Visa or Mastercard payment card on the Site.
2. Gift certificates purchased on the Website https://prodom.ua/ are accepted for payment in the Online Store.

Return of the Goods and funds:
1. Matevosyan Hair cooperates only with official representatives of manufacturers in Ukraine. The quality of the products in our catalog should not cause you any doubts, because we offer our customers only high quality products with certificates. However, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine, we give each of our customers the right to return products that do not meet the quality characteristics promised in the description. Legal guarantees According to the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” No. 1023-XII dated 12.05.1991, perfumes and cosmetics are included in the list of non-food products of good quality that cannot be returned or exchanged. Claims regarding the quality of the goods are accepted only upon receipt of the goods. Carefully inspect the order in the presence of the courier or at the courier service branch, if you do not like the appearance or the order does not match, return the order to the courier, we will definitely replace it. If you find a product defect when unpacking the order, you need to contact our managers at +38 097 377 07 08 and send a photo of the defective or damaged product, which clearly shows the defects, to the e-mail info@matevosyan-hair.shop or to WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram from your mobile phone or computer, indicating the order number and a description of the defect.

2. Claims (application) for a refund of the amount of money paid for the Goods of inadequate quality shall be subject to satisfaction in accordance with the requirements of the law, starting from the date of submission of the relevant claim. Refunds are made by returning the cost of the paid Goods to the Buyer's payment card.

The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.

2. Purpose of personal data processing. The data provided by the Buyer during Registration or placing an Order through the Site will be used to process Orders for the purchase of Goods, receive information about the Order, send via telecommunication means (e-mail, mobile communication), advertising offers, information about promotions, drawings, special offers or any other information about the activities of the Seller or its partners for other commercial purposes.

The Seller undertakes to ensure the protection of data from unauthorized access by third parties, not to distribute or transfer data to a third party (except for the transfer of data to commercial partners, persons authorized by the Seller to directly process data for the specified purposes, including mobile operators, postal or courier delivery services, contact centers, advertising agencies, as well as at the request of the competent state authorities in accordance with the procedure established by law).

Informational messages/mailings
1. Newsletters and informational messages will be sent to the e-mail addresses of the Buyers who purchased the Goods in the online store https://prodom.ua/ and/or participated in promotions and/or other marketing activities (contests, prize/gift draws, etc.). The basis for receiving the newsletter and/or information message is the Buyer's consent to such mailing, executed by indicating the e-mail address and/or mobile phone number that the Buyer has provided on his own initiative in the relevant questionnaire or when placing an Order in the online store https://prodom.ua/ or in case of self-subscription to receive newsletters and information messages on the Site.

2. The Buyer can unsubscribe from receiving the newsletter at any time through the appropriate functionality in the body of the newsletter.

Additional terms and conditions
1. The online store and the services provided may be temporarily partially or completely unavailable due to preventive or other works or for any other technical reasons. The technical service of the Seller has the right to periodically carry out the necessary preventive or other work with or without prior notice to the Buyers.

2. If the Buyer has any questions or claims, he may contact the Seller by sending an e-mail to info@prodom.ua. The parties will try to resolve all disputes through negotiations.
